Marizanne Young, the owner and founder of Carpe Diem recruitment agency in Paarl, offers 35 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, successfully placing top caliber applicants in the corporate world.
After completing a BA Hons degree in Industrial Psychology (Human Resources Management) at Stellenbosch University, Marizanne started her career as a lecturer in Business Studies in 1995. In 1997 she accepted a position as a recruitment consultant at a national recruitment company. After gaining sufficient experience, she took the next step in 2003 when she started her own recruitment company based in Paarl.
